Answer : Personal Statement A focused and clear goal oriented professional who is completely obligated to protecting the medical requirements, comfort, well-being and can provide emotional support to patient under his/her concern. I hold excellent communication ability and skills that can help in building a good relationship and bonding with patients and with their friends or families. I also posses superb observational qualities and have knowledge in different complex and specialist grounds such as Cardiac Nursing, Midwifery and Paediatric Nursing. I am capable of handling patients and can provide great support to staffs. I want to get associated with your organization so that I can develop my knowledge of nursing practices and play a important role in improving the health of the people. Following are the expertise areas which makes me qualified for the position. Expertise in nursing includes maintaining professional and clinical development awareness in nursing adult care, Observing safety rules and strict and good hygiene, Right administrative and reporting procedures need to be implemented, Making patients ready for any surgery by governing anesthetics, drugs or injections, Supervising and guiding the student nurses and helping workers in providing care, Maintaining surgical equipment and sterilizing it and Observing any changes in the health of patient The personal skills includes capability of hold confidentiality of data relating to the staffs, patient or any other business related service, providing important information and emotional support to patients and relatives, ability to provide meals to adults and leaning their waste, physical and mentally strength. As per educational qualification I have completed under graduate course (2005) with first division marks specializing in subjects namely biology, physics, chemistry and mathematics. Further I have completed graduate level degree in Biology from the medical institute (2006-2008). Finally I have completed a Degree of Higher National certificate in Applied Biology from Medical College (2009- 2010). I believe that I have focused observational skills and I am aptly suitable for the course of adult nursing since I have knowledgeable about diverse and complex fields like Pediatric nursing, Cardiac nursing and midwifery. I have worked as a junior nurse in the local health authority since 2011 to present where my major duties consisted of supervising and evaluating the delivery of nursing care, taking of patients pulse and assisting the head nurse, taking responsibility of the ward in absence of the senior staff and ensuring that effective care plans are being implemented I think that I am capable of the challenging job of adult nursing care since I possess the following qualities namely power to motivate others in time of distress specially the family of the patients, good verbal and non verbal communication techniques to understand the needs of the patients, to solve instant emergency problem situations tactfully, Ability to work in coordinated teams, Ability to deliver consistent work throughout career, Capable of being empathetic to the situations of the patients As per the hobbies and interests I have interest in the matters like community service getting engaged in handicrafts products making and also listening to music and cooking on frequent basis.
